Boxing and Kickboxing

Whether you are interested in training for the sport, for fun or for self defense we would love to work with you. All levels are welcome from beginner to pro. We offer private lessons in which we teach and evaluate both technical and athletic abilities. From these sessions we are able to gather information to create the best program to meet the client's specific needs. This allows us to develop each individual to the best of their abilities. These sessions are for those that in some way shape or form are looking to glove up and go to work. Expect lots of partner drills, contact drills, reaction drills and ring time. If this is not quite what you are looking for, our Boxing and Kickboxing Fitness classes offer the same benefits but are structured differently. 

   Boxing and Kickboxing Fitness

Outside of torching body fat and improving physique, Boxing and Kickboxing Fitness also improves agility, power, explosiveness, hand eye foot coordination, footwork, core engagement, balance, mental fortitude and so much more. Because of this, our Boxing and Kickboxing Fitness programs have grown significantly in popularity in the fitness industry and are highly sought out by professional athletes off season. If you are looking to build an over all stronger, tougher, more functional you, this is the program you've been looking for.

Personal Training

No matter what level you are in your fitness journey, our biggest focus when we accepting a new client is to develop a more functional individual while also educating them on how to make this a lifestyle. This all begins with a bioelectrical impedance analysis done by an InBody and follows with a functional movement and athletic ability assessment. From this, we are able to gather data such as Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Base Metabolic Rate, limitations as well as other things that help us create a program that fits the client's needs and guarantees long term results.
